Ai Shirtz provides users with the ability to generate custom shirt designs using AI-powered tools. Our app utilizes third-party services such as Replicate API to generate images and Firebase for authentication, storage, and hosting.

We aim to provide continuous and reliable access to our services, but availability may be subject to interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you may need to create an account using Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at contact@aishirtz.com.

4. Use of Services

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.
• Not engage in activities that may interfere with or disrupt the service or infringe upon the rights of others.

You also agree not to use the AI-generated designs for illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the app, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Ai Shirtz or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the services for personal and commercial purposes.

While you can use the designs you generate for personal and commercial purposes, the ownership of the generated designs remains with Ai Shirtz. Additionally, any design created using our platform may be made publicly available, allowing other users to access and use it freely. By using our platform, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify your designs for the purpose of providing, improving, and promoting the service.

6. Pricing and Credits

Our app operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits to generate custom designs. Pricing for credits may vary, and any changes will be displayed on our website. Purchased credits are non-refundable and can expire after a specified period (unless required by law).

7. Purchasing Shirts

Once you generate a custom design, you can purchase shirts with your design through our partnership with Printful. When you click "Buy this shirt," you will be redirected to Printful to complete the purchase. Ai Shirtz is not responsible for the products or services provided by Printful. Please review Printful's terms and conditions for their products.

8. User Support

For any support issues, we provide customer service through Crisp Chat. You can access support via our in-app chat feature for any questions or technical issues. By using Crisp Chat, you agree to their terms and policies, which can be reviewed on their website.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This may include changes to pricing, features, or availability. We will make efforts to inform users in advance where possible, but we are not liable for any disruptions or losses resulting from these changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Shirtz and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from loss of data, designs, or inability to use the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in behavior that is harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.

13. Changes to the Terms
